3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

5. Shipping Costs
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers)
